Our Squad aims to train the swimming champions of the future! Our squad program consists of distinct levels, arranged according to your swimming abilities.
Squad levels are set to cater for recreational swimmers, improving their stroke technique and fitness, right up to elite swimmers competing in National Championship competitions.
